For practitioners · what to expect
Seven stages, start to finish.
What you will see, and what is asked of you, at every stage of the founding application. No black hole — a status line follows you the whole way.
The onboarding guide for the founding consultants programme — 25 seats, free for founding members permanently. This page shows what happens from application to your first client.
Read the call
This page shows the seats, the deadline, and what membership includes. Click apply when you are ready.
You sign in with Google and accept our terms of use. The platform saves your application to your account.
Complete the application
Five short steps: your details, your practice, your credentials, one work sample, references if you have them, and two short questions. Answer what is true — no certificate is mandatory, and your draft saves as you go.
Wait for review
Each time you sign in, a status line shows where your application stands: submitted, in review, or references in progress. You can use the product with your own workspace while you wait, and edit or withdraw before review starts.
We review
A person checks your certificate IDs with the issuing bodies, calls your references, and reads your work sample. We reply within ten days.
Get the decision
You get an offer with a seat number, or a clear answer by email. If we offer a seat, one click accepts it.
Start client work
The portfolio console shows each client workspace, its status, and its deadlines. Open a workspace for your first client and start.
Your first week as a member
Day one: accept your seat. The platform takes you straight to opening your first client workspace — sealed to that client, yours until you transfer ownership.
Invite the client's people into their workspace when you are ready. Compliance work is shared; attestation stays personal.
Run the assessment modules in the recommended order. Each one you complete is attested under your name.
Watch every client from one screen: the portfolio console shows each workspace's status and statutory deadlines.
Learn the product at your pace: How to use explains every screen, and the full product tour shows the whole journey. The invitation to the monthly builders' hour arrives by email after you accept.
What we expect, and what governs it
Use the platform for real client work. The seat is for practitioners, not observers.
Attest only what you have checked. Every completed module carries your name and the date, and appears in the client's dossier.
Keep your credentials current. An expired certificate shows as lapsed until you renew it.
Give blunt product feedback. Join the monthly call with the product team when you can.
Follow your own professional rules — bar council, institute, or employer. You remain responsible for your professional advice. The platform is a tool, not the adviser.
Be truthful. Misrepresentation in your application or your directory listing ends membership.
This page, section 16 of the Terms, and section 11 of the privacy policy are the whole of the paperwork. There is nothing else to sign.
